In April 2005, the Bread Bakers Guild Team USA took FIRST place at the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie (World Cup of Baking) in Paris, France, improving on the runner-up finish in 2002. Bit of Swiss owner Tim Foley was the US Team Manager. click here to download the PDF.
